Meet at Satbucks, Tottenham Hale (1 Ashley Rd, London N17 9LJ) at 8.30am on Sunday May 26th 2024 to do this 36 mile cycle ride to Ongar. There is a regular fast train service from London Liverpool Street Station to the start point at Tottenham Hale (Zone 3) and the ride finishes at Epping Station (Zone 6), where you can take bikes back to London using the Central Line train service to Leyton.
